My mom recently purchased a new SUV from Muhammad Ghori at Thorncrest, and I was there to help. Muhammad not only explained everything in detail, but he was also fair and honest in the sales process. He took very good care of my mom and not only while trying to close the sale but after as well. Follow-up was excellent, and you could tell he cared about her satisfaction and comfort level. This is the kind of service you hope to receive from every car dealership, but Thorncrest certainly stands out!
