I found the staff very pleasant to deal with. Very informative, And no pressure sales tactics. I would like to thank Jim Z from sales, he was very professional. He answered all our questions regarding Ford cars. I was very upfront with Jim and did not indicate to him that I would buy a ford as I was looking at other brands of cars at the same time. He was very patient and communicative with us as I bugged him for 4 days straight via phone and email, he always responded promptly. Ultimately, we selected a Ford. It was an easy decision. Also want to thank Bryan for all his help as well. I highly recommend Thorncrest ford 5 stars!!!
